Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sierra Vista, AZ. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and function in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

The role requires a valid PT license and current BLS certification, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred. New grads are welcome to apply, and licensure or certifications may be required for this position.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy.
• New Graduates welcome to apply; Doctorate preferred.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations to identify treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Perform therapy using modalities and exercises to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
