Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Livingston, MT. The role involves evaluating patients, creating personalized rehab plans, and collaborating with a clinical team to promote recovery and independence.

The position requires a valid PT license and BLS (AHA/ARC). Preference given to those with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and prior travel/PT experience. Travel benefits and support are included.

Qualifications

• Current valid Physical Therapy license and BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred: Doctorate in Physical Therapy; PT experience; additional certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
