Uniti Med seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for Livingston, Montana, to join a collaborative rehabilitation department serving patients of all ages across multiple clinical settings.

The ideal candidate will have a PT degree, Montana license or eligibility, CPR/BLS, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team. 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts with rotating schedule; start by 12/07/2026.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Montana PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or other rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Availability to start on or before December 7, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments to patients across assigned rehabilitation settings.
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, treatment documentation, and discharge summaries accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams.
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday hospital coverage.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and students as assigned.
• Assist with additional clinical coverage as needed, following appropriate cross-training.
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation goals, exercises, and recovery plans.
