Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Kinston, NC. The role requires an active Physical Therapy license and BLS certification, with opportunities for competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to optimize care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and self-management.
• Maintain a safe environment and adhere to infection control standards.
• Support discharge planning for smooth transitions in community or home settings.
