Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Moore, Oklahoma. The role offers 40 hours per week, a standard 8-hour shift, and travel flexibility to support patient care across facilities.

Required credentials include an active Physical Therapy license and current BLS certification. New grads are welcome, with preferred Doctorate in Physical Therapy and ability to work with a diverse care team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
