Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Washington, MO. The therapist will evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate patients in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings, delivering evidence-based care while collaborating with a clinical team.

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize care.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and prevention.
Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
Assist with discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions.
