Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing in North Bergen, NJ is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an 11-week assignment. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients to develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
