Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs and implement therapy plans.
• Perform clinical procedures and operate PT equipment safely.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
