Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fargo, North Dakota. The role offers 36 hours per week, with 12-hour day shifts, and a travel employment arrangement.

The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life in diverse settings, including hospitals and clinics. License and BLS are required, with a preference for a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
