Job summary

Towne U.S. LLC is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sylvania, Ohio, 43560. Work is in a Skilled Nursing Facility with day shifts and overtime potential. Open to all experience levels, including new graduates.

The position offers a stable 5-day workweek with the chance to gain SNF experience and work with an interdisciplinary rehab team. Licensure as a PT is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• PT or DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license or licensure eligible in Ohio.
• Open to all experience levels, including new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled PT interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care.
• Accurately document evaluations and treatments.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team.
