National Staffing Solutions-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Decatur, IL. Start ASAP, 40 hours/week with 8-hour shifts in a skilled nursing facility, providing patient-centered PT services and documentation.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, guiding exercise techniques, and maintaining accurate records. Must have an accredited PT degree, IL licensure, and current BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Physical Therapist license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating patients’ condition(s), developing individual treatment plans, and assisting your patients in getting better day by day
• Instructing patients how to properly use exercise techniques, providing stimulation or massage and maintaining the patients’ records
