Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is looking for a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Deptford, New Jersey. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments to enhance their quality of life while working within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Experience in physical therapy preferred, but new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques.
• Document evaluations and treatment plans in medical records.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
