Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist for a 12-week travel assignment in New Britain, Connecticut. The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and quality of life, working across hospitals, clinics, and rehab centers.

Applicants must hold a PT license and current BLS; a Doctorate is preferred. The role emphasizes evidence-based care, collaboration with the clinical team, and delivering high-quality, safe patient care on assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using tests and history to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to optimize outcomes.
