Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Millmont, Pennsylvania. The PT will evaluate and treat patients, implement evidence-based plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective recovery.

Candidates must hold a valid state license and current BLS. Preferred: Doctorate in Physical Therapy; strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and patient history.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate specialized physical therapy equipment and modalities safely and effectively.
• Assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes.
