Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Columbia, SC. The role involves evaluating patients, designing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
