Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an 8-week assignment in Lexington, SC. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and ensure maintenance/calibration.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety standards.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development activities.
• Assist with discharge planning for transitions to home or community settings.
