Location: Chelsea, Michigan

Shift/Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Pay/Compensation: $55.00 to $57.00 per hour

About the Role

A leading regional healthcare provider known for patient-centric care is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist in Chelsea. You will assess patients, build and update plans of care, and deliver physical therapy interventions. Skilled nursing facility experience is needed.

Assignment Details

• Contract assignment, 90 days with possible extension
• Work setting: onsite
• Openings: 1
• Anticipated start: immediate start

Core Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of each patient's condition

• Perform therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques suited to the patient's condition

Required Qualifications
