Job summary

Anders Group, LLC is seeking a licensed Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Charlottesville, VA. The clinician will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic exercises in a hospital or clinical setting.

Start date is 08/31/2026, with a 13-week contract and 5x8 schedule. Project responsibilities include collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, ongoing progress monitoring, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license.
• At least 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience.
• BLS certification (AHA) if required by facility.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to adapt to new clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support patient mobility, recovery, and functional outcomes
