Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Virginia. The role requires supervisory responsibilities, patient care planning, and collaboration with Medical Center staff.

You will evaluate patients, modify plans of care, document promptly, and ensure compliance with state PT regulations. Benefits include weekly pay and guaranteed hours for travelers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of PT experience; new grads encouraged.
• BLS certification and valid state license required.
• Ability to stand, walk long periods and perform bends.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill procedures in the facility following guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with PT board rules and state regulations.
• Collaborate with Medical Center staff to plan care.
• Document timely and accurate documentation per guidelines.
