Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Bourne, Massachusetts. The role runs 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, with a typical schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

The patient care includes starts of care, evaluations, visits, and supervising PTA across Cape Cod coverage. Active MA PT license is required, with home health experience and BLS may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Home health experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Starts of care, patient evaluations, and visits.
