Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Beaverton, OR. The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across hospital and rehab settings, using evidence-based techniques to restore mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Oregon or eligibility.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations to guide treatment.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise plans and safety.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety during sessions.
• Participate in quality assurance and ongoing professional development.
• Assist with discharge planning for community or home-based care.
