Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and functional limitations
• Develop personalized rehab programs and goals
• Deliver PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Use equipment safely and maintain devices
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and follow infection control
