Fairview Hospital/Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support patients in a fast-paced SNF environment. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to improve mobility, comfort, and activity levels.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in Physical Therapy, an active state license, and BLS certification. Immediate availability and SNF experience are a plus, with relocation and benefits offered.
