Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled therapy services within a SNF setting. You will implement plans under a supervising PT, guide patients through exercises, and apply modalities while documenting progress.

Required CA PTA license and at least 1 year in skilled nursing facilities. Casamba EMR is preferred. Excellent clinical skills in therapy implementation, documentation, and patient care are essential.

Qualifications
