Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied seeks a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Sullivan, Missouri. The role requires 40 hours per week, dayshift, with the possibility of travel to SNF/LTC settings.

You will work under a PT/Registered PT supervision to provide and adjust PT interventions according to physician orders. A current PTA license and CPR certification are required, with licensure in progress acceptable.

Qualifications

• Must hold an associate degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as PTA or in the process of licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under physician orders and supervision of a PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's PT plan of care under supervision.

Requirements include:

• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.

• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
