Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Piscataway, New Jersey. The position offers a 40-hour work week with dayshift hours (08:30–16:30) in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

The candidate must have an Associate degree in Physical Therapy, an active New Jersey PTA license, and BLS certification if required. Prior SNF/post-acute care experience is preferred, with EMR documentation duties expected.

Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy Assistant license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or post-acute care settings preferred.
• Ability to assist with transfers, ambulation, therapeutic exercise, and documentation using electronic medical records preferred.
• Client requires clinicians able to work scheduled days and follow established facility protocols.
