Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Apex, North Carolina. You will evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and function, collaborating with a clinical team to deliver evidence-based care.

The role requires a valid PT license, BLS, and excellent clinical skills. Travel eligibility and a willingness to work in hospitals, clinics, and rehab settings are expected. Benefits and competitive pay are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• Experience in physical therapy preferred but new grads may apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
