TotalMed Allied seeks a Physical Therapist for a 14-week travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The PT will evaluate and develop a plan of care for acute care patients, and supervise PTAs to ensure a team-focused plan of care.

Requirements include 1 year of experience (6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates), BLS and state licensing. Role involves on-site tasks with potential tax-free stipends and travel-friendly shifts.

Formación

• 1 year of PT experience; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates.
• BLS certification required; state licensing required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and develop a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in acute care.
• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the respective setting and follow facility guidelines.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians for a team-based plan of care.
• Understand adaptive equipment and clinical tools.
• Evaluate and modify the plan of care as patient condition evolves.
• Use Medical Center computer systems daily for documentation and tasks.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation per state/insurance guidelines.
