TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Truth or Consequences, NM. The PT will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team in an acute care setting.

Requirements include BLS and state licensure, with 1 year of experience preferred (6 months for exceptional candidates). The role involves supervising PTAs and documenting care in hospital systems.

Formación

• BLS certification and state licensure are required.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates.
• Ability to collaborate with therapists, staff, and physicians to provide patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with PT board rules and regulations.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel to coordinate care.
• Evaluate and develop a plan of care for patients.
• Modify plan of care as patient condition changes.
• Use hospital information systems for daily tasks.
• Provide timely documentation per guidelines.
