Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Valdez, Alaska. Start date is 11/30/2026, with 40 hours per week and 10-hour days.

The role requires Doctorate or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE, graduation from an accredited school, and at least one year of experience. Current PT license or in licensure process and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process of licensure
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
