Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the facility guidelines and maintain proper documentation.
• Adhere to PT board rules and state regulations.
• Collaborate with Medical Center staff to implement a team-focused plan of care.
• Evaluate patients and develop a plan of care; adjust as needed.
• Utilize center computer systems for daily tasks and charting.
