TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Graham, Washington. This 26-week assignment offers 40 hours per week, with dayshift, and requires BLS and WA state licensure.

Start date is 12/14/2026 and the role involves evaluation, plan of care development, and collaboration with the medical team. The position covers acute care settings with supervision of PTAs and adherence to facility guidelines, state regulations, and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of PT experience preferred; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates.
• BLS certification and WA state PT license required.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and perform clinical duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the setting according to facility guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with PT board rules and state regulations.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians for team-based care.
• Understand adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
• Evaluate and develop a plan of care; modify as needed.
• Use hospital computer systems for daily tasks.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation per state/insurance rules.
