Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Delaware, OH. The PT will evaluate patients, develop, and implement plans of care in an acute care setting.

The role requires BLS and Ohio licensure, with 1 year of PT experience preferred (6 months acceptable for exceptional candidates). Responsibilities include supervising PTAs, ensuring compliant documentation, and collaborating with Medical Center staff to support a team-based care plan.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• State licensure for Ohio is required.
• 1 year PT experience preferred; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop a plan of care for diverse patient populations in acute care.
• Oversee PTAs and therapy staff; ensure documentation complies with guidelines.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians and hospital staff for a team-based plan of care.
• Maintain knowledge of PT board rules and state regulations.
