Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Georgetown, South Carolina. You will evaluate and treat patients with mobility impairments in diverse settings, work 40 hours per week from day shifts, and be part of a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using exams and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety.
