Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a licensed, patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a travel assignment in Lexington, South Carolina. The role requires 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts and travel-focused benefits. New graduates are welcome to apply.

You will evaluate and treat patients, provide skilled PT services, monitor progress, collaborate with healthcare teams, and educate patients to support long-term outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active (or pending) state Physical Therapy license.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled, patient-centered physical therapy services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term outcomes
• Document care accurately and in compliance with clinical standards
