Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 7-week assignment in Dallas, GA. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to achieve functional goals.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Georgia or eligible for licensure in Georgia
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and patient history to identify needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operate and maintain PT equipment
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and prevention strategies
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following protocols and regulatory standards
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development
• Participate in discharge planning for smooth transitions
