Qualifications

• Master's degree in physical therapy is required.
• Active Michigan State Physical Therapy licensure is required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and plan patient care for inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Document patient care in Epic EMR to meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage a lifespan-wide patient mix from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Work as 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week with possible low census call.
