• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, safety and continued recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist with limited LTC and skilled swing coverage as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
