Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Milton, GA. This travel role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, with a competitive benefits package and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
