Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Blairsville, GA. The role offers 40 hours per week, with day shifts, and travel benefits.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high-quality care. The ideal candidate holds an active Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, and may have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in physical therapy preferred; New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limitations and need for treatment.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
