• Document, prepare, review, and complete a Plan of Care (POC) and progress notes.
• Plan and provide treatment for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders based on referrals.
• Instruct patients and families in transfer techniques, use of equipment, and therapeutic procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate patient care plans.
