Requirements: All new travelers must complete three HealthStream Modules pre-assignment. Agency will be reimbursed with a lump sum upon proof of completion and at least 1 shift worked. Must have at least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post clinicals.
