Job Description & Requirements

Med Ninjas is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Avondale, Arizona.

Job Summary

• Complete additional documentation directly with ATI outside of AMN’s clearance packet before starting assignment.
• Can start with compact license but must obtain permanent license right away (ATI).
• For South Carolina positions, must have permanent license (no compact allowed).
• Direct all supplier submission questions to Dawn Alligood ().
• Not eligible if worked perm/PRN at ATI within last year; must have a 1-year separation.
• For previous ATI travelers or perm/PRN more than 1 year ago, send name & DOB to Katrina for rehire eligibility check.
• Scheduled 32 hours per week during holiday weeks.
• Credentialing requirements: contract QA.
• Must have relevant experience in the setting.
• Active professional license required.
• Equipment information provided during interview.
• Day shift position.
• Billable gross work week: 40 hours.
• Overtime billed at 1.5x rate.
• No on-call required.
• Weekly billing cycle.
• 30-day notice required.
• Parking and dress code details provided on first day.

Med Ninjas Job ID #19338. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
