Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Epic experience preferred

Assignment Details

• Shift hours are 8:00am-4:30pm.
• One 9:30am-6:00pm Thursday shift occurs every 4 weeks.
• Every 4th weekend is required.
• One full weekend rotation includes Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am-4:30pm every 4 weeks.
• Availability to work Thanksgiving or Christmas is required.
