Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Needham, Massachusetts. You will assess and treat patients in home health settings, collaborating with care teams and coordinating care across the Boston area.

Position details include 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30, with weekend and on-call coverage. Travel stipends and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited school per APTA.
• Active Massachusetts license to start assignment.
• BLS/CPR certification per AHA/ARC requirements.
• Current MA PT licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Driver's license and vehicle insurance with reliable vehicle.

• Current CPR certification
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
• Bachelor's Degree
