Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Paris, Texas. You’ll provide PT services to patients in their homes, evaluating progress and adjusting plans of care while enjoying a travel opportunity in a new locale.

The role requires a PT degree (any credentialed level), active state licensure, and home health experience with OASIS and evaluations. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a 40-hour workweek.

• Support patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions
