Details

• Hospital-based Physical Therapy department on the 1st floor of the main hospital building
• 281-bed facility with a department staff of 11 PTs, 2 PTAs, and 2 PRN office coordinators
• All staff work day shift only
• Patient ratio of 8-10 patients per 8-hour shift, with assignments of 10-13 patients
• Equipment used includes walkers, crutches, braces, and wheelchairs
• Documentation completed in Meditech
• Shift runs from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Call requirement: must call in by 7:00 AM to designated number

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience required
• BLS certification required
• Florida PT license required if applicable
• Must be able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn Meditech charting system
