• Facility accredited by The Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality and CARF-accredited for Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation and Stroke Specialty Programs
• Permanent residence must be more than 60 miles from the facility
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Must not be employed elsewhere full time
