Job Summary

Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) Location: On-site outpatient setting. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring the safe and effective return to community activities. The role demands clinical reasoning, documentation skills, and adherence to professional standards. The assignment is scheduled to start on 09/21/2026 and will last approximately three months.

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
• 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
• CPR Certification
• active applicable license for the state where work will be performed
• no prior experience with the agency required for consideration

Preferred Qualifications

• Successful completion of a previous assignment with the agency is highly desired
• past experience with outpatient therapy is preferred
