Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to join a rehab facility in Beachwood, Ohio. This 13-week assignment offers 40 hours per week, days shifts, and a full-time travel position. Start ASAP with potential extension.

The role requires Ohio licensure, BLS, and at least one year of PT experience, preferably in rehab facilities. SHC provides comprehensive benefits and support throughout the assignment.

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Ohio

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $2,010 - $2,218 per week*
• 13-week full-time contract with possibility of extension
• Rehab facility setting
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility
